Townhouse & Inn Suite Lodging Rates $75-$295

Rates are based on double or single occupancy and are subject to 7% sales tax. Room rates vary according to dates & accommodations selected. Lowest rates not available entire period.

Reservation Policy

Reservations are highly recommended. Since we are a small family-owned inn, we rely mainly on advance reservations and cancellations cannot be readily filled. Therefore, we ask that you please observe the following policies:

  1. An advance deposit of one day's rate is required to hold your accommodations. Reservations for 2 days or longer require a 2 day deposit. For townhouse suites, an advance deposit equal to half of the reserved stay is required.
  2. Your deposit will be applied to the last day(s) of your intended stay. Balance of payment is due upon arrival.
  3. Should you need to either change or cancel your reservation, we require that you notify us 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival (20 days for townhouse suites) in order to receive a refund less a $35 service charge, and cancellation number.
  4. There is no refund for later than scheduled arrival or earlier than scheduled departure.
